How your donation is used.
Every person at HPA — the founders, the team on the ground, everyone — works voluntarily, for the sake of Allah. No one takes a salary, a stipend, or any compensation from donations. There is no office, no marketing budget, no administrative overhead.
Your donation pays for three things: construction materials, local contractors who build the infrastructure, and the logistics to get both to remote Afghan villages (fuel, transport). The only cost we can't eliminate is payment processing — the fee your bank or credit card charges on the transaction.
That's it. No layers between your money and the work.
Salaries taken from donations. The entire team works voluntarily.
Spent on offices, marketing, or administration.
Of every dollar goes directly to materials, contractors, and ground logistics.
Of projects are documented with photos, video, and GPS coordinates.
We're not done. Here's what we're building next.
HPA was founded by people who do the work, not people who do accounting. As we grow, we're building the infrastructure to give you even more visibility into where your money goes.
Automated monthly spend reports
A breakdown of exactly what was purchased, from whom, and at what cost, published automatically every month.
Per-project financial tracking
Not just "how much was raised" but "how much was spent on materials, how much on labor, how much on transport" for every single project.
Direct payment processing
Accept donations directly on the website with lower processing fees, so more of your money reaches the field.
Independent financial review
Third-party verification of our financial records, published annually.
We'd rather show you what we can prove today and be honest about what we're building — than make promises we can't verify yet.
